When I was 17, I thought being 18 was great. It would change everything. When I got 18, I saw that 18 is just a stupid number. Nothing has changed.
When I had no driving licence, I thought having a driving licence changes every thing. When I got driving licence, I just started driving cars legally. Nothing was changed.
Before I had a credit card, I thought having a credit card is a privilege. Now I have like 5 credit cards, they only bring more burden to my life. Nothing was really changed in a good way.
I thought, when I work my way with Human Resources, I will be beyond other workers. When I finally make my way, I see that it is just another job. Like, engineering or being a clerk.
I always hoped, one day, if I become a specialist in my field, everything will be changed. I wonder, it is really happening.
I look at me in the mirror, and see, "It is still good old damned Yaşın."
